1. Acceptance
This Website is operated by GARDEN CITY HOTEL DUBAI (“we”, “us”). By using the Website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Rates
Guests must be 21 or older to book. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Rates may change without notice and may exclude taxes and fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Payment
Charges are processed in AED and may be collected at booking or at check-in, depending on the rate selected. For foreign cards, conversion rates are set by the card issuer. A refundable deposit may be requested. Additional charges apply for damages, extra guests and late check-out.
4. Cancellation
- Free Cancellation rate: Free cancellation or amendment up to 72 hours before check-in (18:00 local time). Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night plus taxes.
- Non-Refundable rate: No cancellation, modification or refund.
5. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in from 02:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. All guests must present a valid passport or Emirates ID. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges.
6. Visitors & Occupancy
Only registered guests may occupy rooms. Visitors must register at reception with valid ID and are permitted from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Maximum occupancy limits apply.
7. House Rules
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee of AED 100 applies for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
- Alcohol is NOT permitted in public areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Parties, room decorations and pets are not allowed.
- Guests must comply with the laws of United Arab Emirates and are liable for any damage to hotel property.
- Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
8. Safety & Lost Property
CCTV operates in public areas. The hotel may access rooms in an emergency. Lost items are held for VALUABLE ITEMS 90 DAYS (valuables) or NON-VALUABLES 15 DAYS, PERISHABLE items 5 Days; and released with valid ID and proof of ownership.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related booking.
10. Intellectual Property
All Website content belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect once posted on the Website.
